Join us once again at Beehive Studio for another 5 week Mindful Kids series! A hands on series that will teach kids ages 6-10 how to bring more mindfulness into their daily routine! Walk away with mindfulness techniques that kids can immediately begin implementing at home and at school!
In Series II we learn even more mindfulness tools to add to our toolbox! We’ll learn how to work with our big emotions, find our calm, build resilience, and compassion…and in this series we work with music and get out into nature (yes, even in November!) (And you do not need to have taken Series I to join us for Series II!)
