Unified Mindfulness

I’m thrilled to be offering this class with my friend and colleague, Metta Movement and Meditation Studio founder, Janet Nicol. Unified Mindfulness is a system of meditation developed by Shinzen Young to help you sustain a mindfulness practice both on and off the cushion. Janet and Erin will guide you through an 8-week series that builds on each class and introduces a new technique each session. This system is used by leading institutions like Harvard and Carnegie Mellon for their research on meditation.

You will leave this course with researched-based, 10 minute meditations that you can practice at home for the rest of your life so that you can start enjoying all the tremendous benefits that a mindfulness practice will bring into your life.

Unified Mindfulness is also a secular form of meditation, which means it’s not religious in any way, so anyone, of any faith, can join us.

We recommend attending all 8 classes of this series...

But all the sessions are open to drop-in as well!
