Whether it’s parenting, school, work, relationships, or just life, trying to balance it all is overwhelming at times. Mindfulness helps us better deal with our stress and fosters our ability to cultivate attention, joy, peace and ease in our lives. I offer courses and workshops in mindfulness and mindful self-compassion as well as one-on-one mindful coaching sessions (in person and online). I work with children, youth and adults; students, athletes, parents, writers and academics. I am committed to the ideals of equity, diversity, inclusion and social justice.
