Dr. Erin McCarthy is a compassionate, experienced mindfulness and meditation coach and practitioner with over 20 years experience as an educator. Trained in several different mindfulness modalities, Erin has helped adults, youth and children use mindfulness tools to deal with stress, anxiety, and chronic pain and find more joy, ease and balance in their lives. 

Erin holds a Ph.D. in Philosophy from the University of Ottawa. She is a certified Unified Mindfulness L2 Coach, and has also completed teacher trainings and certifications in Mindful Self-Compassion; Mindful Motherhood; Mindfulness Based Symptom Management; Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction for Teens (MBSR-T); Mindful Kids; and Mindful Schools Educator Essentials.

Using an evidence-based approach that integrates mindfulness and  self-compassion, Erin will guide and support you not only as you develop or deepen your practice, but also as you learn to integrate mindfulness into your daily life, increasing your basic level of mindfulness and your overall well-being.  She’s there to celebrate the wins with you, and support you through the challenging times as you develop your mindfulness practice.
