This half-day mindfulness workshop can help you manage your stress, find your joy and decrease your anxiety during the holidays!

p.s. there may also be chocolate involved!

Everyone is welcome and no previous experience with mindfulness is needed.

Mindful Self-Compassion Introductory Workshop Thursday, October 11, 7-8 pm

Join your guides Erin McCarthy and Scheherzade van Aarle for a free information session on Mindful Self-Compassion.

We know that modern life comes with happiness as well as inevitable challenges. And while we we feel compassion for others who may be struggling, we rarely extend that same compassion to ourselves. Instead, we are often our own worst critics. Mindful Self- Compassion helps us shift our attention so that we can extend that same compassion to ourselves. The research shows that this fosters emotional wellbeing and happiness, less stress, anxiety and depression, healthy life habits and satisfying personal relationships. The outcome of practising this combination of mindfulness and compassion is that we lead our best lives, even in tough times. Come learn more about MSC.
