Finding Calm in the Chaos: Mindful Parenting

Do you sometimes find the whirlwind of parenting overwhelming? Do you find yourself short on patience? Do you want to be fully present for those magical moments of your child’s life?
Mindfulness can help you develop skills to help you be more present, more calm, more joyful and more loving. In this 2 hour introductory workshop you’ll learn some fundamentals of mindfulness that can help you cultivate these skills. You’ll leave with tools you can immediately start implementing at home to bring more calm and joy into your family!
